  The Claimant is Tenant and occupier under Messrs. Joseph Garside and Daniel Fossick Alderson of Worksop in the County of Nottingham, Common Brewers trading under the style of "The Prior Well Brewery Company" of the Licensed Dwellinghouse and Premises used as a Public House and called "The Neepsend Tavern" with the Buildings, Gardens, and Appurtenances and the Property and Effects in the annexed Schedule belong to her.   To damages sustained by loss of and injury to the Property of the Claimant being in and upon the Licensed Dwell~inghouse used as a Public House ~ Known as "The Neepsend Tavern" with the Buildings, Gardens, and Premises thereto situate at Neepsend Sheffield caused by the Bursting of the Bradfield Dale Reservoir on the 11th and 12th March 1864, and consequential damages suffered by the Claimant as shewn by the ~ Particulars contained in the Schedule hereto annexed amounting together to £226 12s 8d
