Mr. Pease claims to be paid out of the amount of the Claim the sum of £4,000 for unpaid purchase money.   Damages done by the Inundation to the Freehold of the Limerick Mills near to Malin Bridge in the parish of Sheffield which Inundation destroyed nearly the whole of the Buildings, Dam, Goit, Land, Houses, Machinery and Premises and reduced the whole property to ruin. £4865.14.9        
    The following are the particulars of the damage sustained and of the estimated costs of reinstating the property in the condition in which it was immediately before the Inundation.
