    One 10 Inch train of three pairs of rolls each these have been in same state as the last and new brasses to put in £7 3s 4d  
    One 25 Horse Condensing Steam Engine to drive . 10 Train of Rolls, all the lower parts of this Engine has also been covered with Mud and water as in the last. 27 feet of 4 inch cast iron piping broken off from the River and carried away. 3 feet of 4 inch copper piping. 3 feet of India Rubber piping, acting as a floating nozzle, these also carried away £17 16s 5d  
    One train of Rolls consisting of 4 pairs there all been covered with mud and will require to be taken to pieces and cleaned £4 10s    
    Gearing to take in pieces, clean and put together £1 15s 10d  
    30 to 40 Spare Rolls covered with mud and rusty will require returning in consequence of the state they have got into, the rust having pitted in. £15      
    4 Double Furnaces to these rolls (damaged) in brick setters account        
    2 Steam Boilers each 30 feet long x 5½ ins. Diameter these have been covered by mud and water £18      
    1 Steam Boiler 36 ft x 6 ft 6 ins. £12
